What is a Special Order?

A Special Order at SALTYFACE is an order that is purchased in advance of product arriving at our distribution center. Special Orders let you secure items before we have them in stock. Once your Special Order is ready, we’ll ship it to you.

When will my order be shipped?

Your patience is greatly appreciated! We aim to ship your order by the approximate date mentioned on each item. However, unforeseen delays can occur. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can expect your order to arrive within our normal shipping timelines:

Free Shipping: 4-10 business days

FedEx Ground: 2-7 business days

FedEx 2Day: 2 days from the carrier picking up your package

What if I purchased multiple items? 

In an effort to reduce emissions and be environmentally conscious, we ship all items in an order together. 

What if I want other items sooner?

If you need part of your order sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. This allows us to efficiently process your requests while minimizing our carbon footprint.

What if my Special Order is delayed?

If we believe your order will be delayed past the stated ship date provided to you, you will receive an email. While we hope this doesn't happen, delays do happen from time to time. 

When will I be charged? 

You will be charged at the time of the order. Not to worry, if you change your mind before your Special Order is fulfilled, we will be happy to cancel the order and issue you a full refund.

Can I cancel or change my Special Order?

Absolutely! You can cancel your order as long as our distribution center has not begun processing it. We may also be able to make small changes to your shipping address if needed.
