Help! My products arrived damaged.Updated 4 months ago

We are so sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged! That is definitely not the experience we want you to have. 


Please reach out to us at [email protected] with the order number, and a picture of the damaged or faulty product. We will be more than happy to assist you in getting a replacement or Gift Card for future purchases. 


Please note that we are not able to offer refunds as a resolution for orders that arrive damaged.
