Here at Saltyface we care deeply that you are not only satisfied with your purchase, but that you absolutely love the products too. We treat each situation as unique, and if for whatever reason you are unhappy with the items you ordered please contact us directly and we will be happy to help.
Returns
If you’ve had a change of heart about your purchase, we’re here to help. Our standard return policy still applies — we accept unopened or gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and returns are free.
During the holiday season, please note the following updates:
Gift sets are not eligible for refunds, but can be returned for store credit or shade exchanges.
If you received Saltyface products as a gift over the holidays, you’re covered too — unopened items can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 30th, even if this is beyond the standard 30-day window.
Standard refunds still apply for non‑gift‑set items delivered within 30 days.

Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
Limited edition, discounted, or promotional items may be non-refundable or only eligible for store credit. Final sale items are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Order Changes
We are happy to help! Our team will make every effort to accommodate cancellations or order changes. But we cannot guarantee all requests will be accommodated. If a modification is not possible, we will always provide an alternate solution. For assistance with these requests, kindly contact us at [email protected].
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Reach out to us at [email protected] as soon as you notice the error as we may be able to stop the order!
Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout and we are not able to provide refunds on orders shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Received Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Product
This is definitely not the experience we were hoping for you to have! Please reach out to us at [email protected] with the order number, and a picture of the damaged, faulty or incorrect product.
We will be more than happy to assist you in getting a replacement or a store credit for your next order.
If your package was damaged in transit and you added Route Package Protection, feel free to start the claim process. Head to claims.route.com, their team will be happy to help.
In instances where shipping-related complications arise, including theft or loss of packages, or damage to shipping containers, it is important to note that Saltyface reserves the right to refuse refund and return requests where replacements have been issued. Each situation is unique and will be treated as such.
